Refund Return Policy

TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) FOR EXCHANGE

  1. Email orders@slangman.com with EXCHANGE ITEM(S) in the subject line.
  2. In the body of the email, explain why you want to exchange your item(s).
  3. You will be emailed instructions on how to send the merchandise to us. 
  4. If the wrong item(s) was/were sent to you, the publisher will issue a postage-paid return label for you to download and print. 
  5. If you decide that you want a different item, the customer will pay for postage using tracking and a 20% restocking fee of the original price will be added.
  6. Merchandise must be well packaged and arrive in resellable condition in order to be accepted for exchange.
  7. Exchanges are allowed within 60 days of the original transaction.
  8. If the wrong item was sent to you, no restocking fee will be included.
  9. Exchanges will be sent out within 48 hours of either: a) receipt of your item(s) you want to exchange; or b) email approval by publisher that you do not have to send back the item(s).
  10. SHIPPING: If you do not qualify for free shipping (i.e. your address is outside the U.S.) you will be charged an additional shipping fee just as you would for a new transaction.

TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) FOR REFUND

  1. Email orders@slangman.com with REFUND ITEM(S) in the subject line.
  2. In the body of the email, explain why you want a refund.
  3. You will be emailed instructions on how to send the merchandise to us in order to process your refund. 
  4. If the wrong item(s) was/were sent to you, the publisher will issue a postage-paid return label for you to download and print. No restocking fee will be added.
  5. If you decide that you want a different item, the customer will pay for postage using tracking, and a restocking fee of 20% of the original price will be added.
  6. Merchandise must be well packaged and arrive in resellable condition in order to be accepted for refund. 
  7. If the item is being returned due to damage, please include an image of the item in your email so that we can determine whether or not to send the item back to us.
  8. Refunds are allowed within 60 days of the original transaction.
  9. Refunds will be sent out within 48 hours of either: a) receipt of your item(s) for which you would like a refund; or b) email approval by publisher that you do not have to send back the item(s).
  10. We will process the refund using the same form of payment used to make the original purchase
  11. SHIPPING: If you were charged shipping, you will be refunded the shipping charge only if the exchange was not due to an error on the part of the publisher.

  4. If you decide that you don’t like the item, the customer will pay for return postage using tracking, and a restocking fee of 20% of the original price will be added.
